Trump, Biden, Obama, or Clinton?

Here it is from best to worse:
Clinton:
Clinton was a pretty smart dude, graduated top of his class and well spoken. The only president in modern times to run a surplus budget. Clinton IQ is estimated to be in the 150 range.
Obama:
Although he did not graduate with honours in college, he still got into Harvard Law School and was president of Harvard Law Review. To get that you need somewhere in the ball park of 3.6–3.8 grade point average. That is very impressive. This places Obama in the 140 range.
Biden:
In his hay-day Biden was pretty quick-witted and did graduate college well. He was able to talk and carry himself well. The bad thing about him is he is the reason why we have the student loan crises, the war on drugs, and credit card rates are so high, but I digress. I would put him in the ball park of about 110–120.
Abby, the author's West Highland Terrier:
A loyal little pup that has been with me for over a decade. She shows incredible problem solving skills for a dog realising that the pictures in the TV are not behind it, ambushing my wheaten terrier, and a willingness for a desire to to have fun and be a joy in the room. I peg her intelligence about a 50.
Rock:
The ornamental boulder next to the neighbour’s driveway; he had it put there to mark the driveway entrance when the ground is snow-covered. This boulder has little understanding of windmills, so when asked “How do windmills work?,” it maintains a discreet silence. (—Addendum by poster Edward Williams)
Trump:
This is a person who:
- misspells three letter words
- talks in code
- can not finish a single thought in a sentence
- acts like a toddler
- only thinks of himself with a strong desire to be worshipped and loved by his followers
He will almost literally roll over and have his belly scratched for money by actual billionaires and corporate goons. Although graduating from University of Pennsylvania, he claims he went to Wharton School of Business.
His professors said he was the dumbest person they ever taught. He hides his school records from the public. He also went to military school where his instructors also said he was the dumbest person on the planet.
I peg his IQ a little above my dog simply because he has the ability to speak at a 75, which is borderline special needs. This is not a joke, I really think his IQ is that low.
The scary part is how my aunt and many MAGA supporters think he is a very smart man, which tells you volumes about their own IQs.
Edit: Stop telling me Trump has an IQ above 150 and I am stupid. Trump literally thought a dementia test was an IQ test in front of reporters quoting, “dog, person, TV”.
He told his followers to inject themselves with bleach to kill a virus, said to use nukes to stop a hurricane, redrew the path of a hurricane with a sharpie, claimed magnets will stop working after they get wet, bankrupted a casino, claimed global warming was good because we will have more ocean front property, claimed Democrats wanted to legalise abortions post-birth, which MAGA believed.
The man speaks on a 4th grade level, has no critical thinking skills and the only book he has seemed to have read is Mein Kampf.
